Contingent Recruitment

Providing a client with suitable candidates as we find them is termed 'contingent recruitment'.

There are no fees for contingent recruitment services until a candidate has signed a contract.

If you would like MBBS Recruitment to provide candidates that fit your requirements, we will arrange a time to take detailed notes on what it is you require, collect essential details for candidates, essential details for the consultant and discuss potential options and strategies.

This is the majority of our work. It is ideal for clients who have on-going needs and require specialists who are more generalist in nature (not super-specialised or have a very narrow clinical focus). 
 

On providing your email address we will provide you with market updates  (roughly 4-6 times a year) on positions that are relevant to your field of practice and the occasional email asking for a referral to assist a colleague who may be looking for a new position. You will not be spammed or emailed excessively, but you can opt-out to receiving these emails by return email.
