We may suggest a detailed search or a specifically designed project for narrow focus requirements, unusual specialties or to test the market if a contingent approach is not working. MBBS Recruitment designs projects with the Client. The project/research parameters and timeline will be clearly defined and Clients will receive regular reports on progress. There is a fee for the research which is not refundable but is deductible from any resulting specialist hire. Although our experience is that specialist hires will result, even in situations where this is not the case, Clients still value the research carried out as this can be valuable in designing future healthcare strategies.
