Overseas Candidate Management Only

If you have hired your own candidate and want to make sure they have the best chance of starting within a  realistic timeframe, MBBS Recruitment can manage the candidate process as your single point of contact.

We will provide advice and liaison services on immigration requirements (through our trusted third party immigration agent), college process and AHPRA registration.  As we would for our own candidates, we will perform all our usual screening checks to make sure there are no red flags that are required to be addressed clinically or personally, before continuing.

We take a holistic approach to support overseas candidates understanding the significance of any move for them and their families. In our experience, 4 out of 5 overseas candidates will start "in-country" if they receive support for the broader family as well as their professional requirements.
